
These delicious hashbrowns can be easily pulled together and stuck in fridge/freezer for cooking down the track.
What you'll need...
- A couple of potatos
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Flour
- S & P
Pulling it together...
- Boil peeled potatos till cooked through
- Grate potatos and add S&P to taste
- Grab a handful of potato shavings and roll into mini balls (size of a golf ball) then flatten with palm into 1cm pieces
- Bake/fry till golden brown
Goes good with..
- Tomato sauce
- Bacon and egg sarnie
- Big brekky
